Hey, I’m excited you chose me as your fine line tattoo artist. Before submitting this form, please make sure you’ve reviewed my FAQ and understand my process, including how to best prepare for your appointment. This helps ensure we’re a good fit and everything goes smoothly.

If your request is selected, you’ll receive an email from me with a direct booking link. A deposit invoice will be included and must be paid within 24 hours to secure your spot.

Please note: forms that are incomplete or missing important information are less likely to be selected. If you’re unsure about any part of your request, just do your best to fill it out with as much detail as you can!
